Html and PopUlesS
Got sick of Flash and put together a really simple html gallery for my sites photos. Still little to no idea what I’m doing when it comes to making my site but its slowly coming along. Next step is getting the blog on it. www.jasonheadleyphoto.com
Also in the works is the populess clothing site that has been sitting for sooo long. Hopefully the site will be up before I head out this winter. For now we are working on getting new girls t’s printed and getting a more stamped out work flow with the silkscreen.
Beard Face
Still in a significant amount of debt but i can’t due with another winter in the prairies. Finishing up some photo jobs here than taking the bmx + cameras around aus to live for some months. So stoked to roam around new places and to be back on my bike again. Not much for plans on the trip other than a departure date of January 9th and to party with Al and Lachie.
I didn’t think I would stay this long in Lethbridge but the camera store job Mcbain was to awesome to pass up. Although still in debt from all the purchases I am sitting here way better than 8 months ago when I had a waterlogged 5d, busted up back muscles(bite), and laptop made out of tape.
Other than that it’s now Novembeard and my beardface is getting pretty out of hand filthy. Not a clue how many months it’s been but I give it another month or 2 till i give up on the beard face look. So hard to eat ice cream without needing to shower my beard after.

Outside of retlaw alberta with vedres. Weird little abandoned city with dead rabbits rotting in the basements. When i get my film developed i’ll post a shot.

Lethbridge to Victoria done
11 days and some 1,200k but i made it to Victoria on a road bike.
Thought i would take a lot longer but after the first day doing 120k I wanted to see how many days i could keep the pace up. Biggest day was 197k from Hope, BC to Victoria. It was an awesome trip.
All in all it went way better than I was told it would go. Had a few close calls with traffic, 6 flats, and some very sore muscles but nothing to bad.
Took a bunch of video i’ll try to whip into a little web edit sometime. Here are a few photos/screen caps from the vid.
Didn’t take to many photos along the way. After biking so many hours each day all I wanted to do was pass out in my sleeping bag.

forgot to make a post about this before i left
it is currently day 2 into the trip, i have biked 208km and have 1,021km to go…
Such a long bike trip, not sure what i have gotten myself into but its been a great adventure so far and as long as my legs don’t blow up I’ll be on the island in no time.

sportin the spandex all the way. I thought brad was kidding about wearing the diaper spandex stuff but it definitely saved my ass on the 8 hour pedal days. I literally had no idea what i was doing on this.
